Meet Our Team
Terry
Terry is a Co Owner of the business and brother to Sarah and Rachael. Terry specialises in the installation side of the business (and singing loudly in the shop). Terry has almost 30 experience in the bathroom industry.
Sarah
Sarah is a Co Owner of the business and sister to Terry and Rachael. Sarah specialises in accounts, admin and the online side of the business but can also turn her hand to sales, Sarah has 15 years experience in the bathroom industry.
Rachael
Rachael is Sister to Terry and Sarah. Rachael is our specialist in retail sales and the company expert on traditional bathrooms. Rachael has 10 years experience in the bathroom industry.
Travis
Travis is our man for all seasons, as an ex plumber Travis installs all our showroom displays. He is also a main part of our retail sales team and tends to handle a lot of the customer service issues, but don`t be surprised if he is also at your door delivering a basin. Travis has 10 years experience in the bathroom industry.
Laura
Laura is a family friend. Who is our installation manager, and liaises with our installation teams and the installation customers prior to and during an installation. She also manages two small children and a husband so she is a busy lady indeed. Laura has 7 years experience in the bathroom industry.
Leigh
Leigh is a family friend who runs our warehouse and is the Mr Reliable in the company. Leigh presides over a warehouse that has a very quick goods in to goods out turnaround, so it is challenging and heavy work. Leigh has 8 years experience in the bathroom industry.
Nick
Nick is a family friend who is our number one driver so he says (we only have one so not much competition) who is always willing to put himself out to get a delivery to a customer. There is also a rumour that he has got back home after 4 o`clock once?. Nick has 7 years experience in the bathroom industry.
Simon
Simon is our online shop bod who when not shining his bald head is rumoured to be setting up our online shop (in between napping of course). He is also the companies Mrs Doubtfire (minus the cross dressing) who gets the communal shopping in when he is not moaning about various ailments. Simon has over 15 years experience in the bathroom industry.
Kate
Kate is Our Purchased Ledger Clerk and account assistant. She also manages three small children and a husband so she is also a very busy lady indeed. Kate has worked with Laura and Sarah for many years before entering the bathroom industry.
Marc Goddard
Marc is the newest member of our team and is currently training to be a Sales Advisor and an assistant to the online shop.
